1Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Butter a 8X8 pan

2Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, clove and salt.

3In a separate bowl, beat egg and egg white until foamy. Beat in sugar, pumpkin, apple sauce, butter, orange peel and vanilla until smooth.

4Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.

5Stir in carrots, raisins, cranberries and walnuts until just mixed. Do not over mix

6Spread into prepared pan.

7Bake 30 to 25 minutes, until top springs back with lightly touched. Cool in pan on rack.

1/2 cup Canned pumpkin

2 tbsp Apple sauce

2 tbsp Butter, melted

1 Grated orange rind

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 cup Grated carrot

1/2 cup Raisins

1/2 cup Dried cranberries

1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
